Christmas Eve!!! Mommy & daddy both had the day off work, so it was a day of playing, baking, and more playing.
Kasen helped make Jello blocks. He was quite excited about it all!
He took it quite seriously.
...but he also snuck a taste.
He had A LOT of Jello to make. ;)

Next up, eggnog cookies for Santa!
He even got to lick the beater. Of course.
Sprinkling the nutmeg on top. Sprinkling, dumping, it's all the same, right?
Next up - reindeer food!
He took this one VERY seriously. ;)
All dressed & ready to head out to the family dinner.
Before we left, he had to put the reindeer food out. (Yes, in the cold rain.)
He has been looking forward to playing with Kiki again since Thanksgiving. The 2 of them had a blast.
After lots of running around, and LOTS of eating, it was time for presents. (Kasen's favorite part, of course.)
He had so much to open!

We got home around 11:30, to discover that the pajama fairy had come! That meant Santa wasn't far behind, so we quickly poured Santa some eggnog & put out cookies, changed into our pajamas, and got into bed.
While Kasen slept soundly...
Santa left presents!
He also drank his eggnog & ate his cookies.
Christmas was already off to a great start, and it wasn't even Christmas day yet!

He looks like such a little man...so handsome! And I love that jello - pretty!!! Oh, and the pajama fairy...very cool idea!
